Firepolished Heart

Firepolished is a technique we use to create a subtle textured effect.

Firstly we sandblasted the design on as we would with an etched heart then put it back into the kiln giving it a completely smooth finish.

We use firepolishing on hearts and coasters but we can also do it on our sheet glass to create recycled textured glass.
