Hours of Operation

We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
Any orders received after these times will be processed on the next working day.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, but if there is any reason why you are not and wish to return part or all of your order, please contact us before returning. This allows us to respond and deal with your return as quickly as possible.

Refunds should be made within 10 days of receipt. You will however be liable for return postage fees. For all returns we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage.
If your goods arrive broken or faulty please contact us as soon as possible after receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that all of our products are made from glass bottles and therefore will have natural variation in width and colour, you should keep this in mind when ordering items.

Despatch and Delivery

Delivery is charged regarding weight, however orders totalling over £80 will benefit from free delivery*
*to UK mainland only.
We aim to despatch orders within three working days of receipt, however please allow more time for personalised items as these are made to order.
