Is all of your glass recycled?
Yes, all of our glass is individually made from bottles including our sheet glass. There are no recycling facilities in New Radnor so we act as a working bottle and textile bank. Due to the natural colour and size variations in bottles products may vary from the pictures shown, but we try very hard to maintain uniformity.

How much is delivery?
Out postage is £4.95 for standard delivery. However various promotional codes are on offer and should be entered at the checkout stage to receive the offer. If you spend over £75 you will receive free delivery.

What is Sage Pay and is it safe?
Sage Pay is the method we use to create a safe and efficient checkout. We will soon have the option to pay through Paypal up and running.

I want to personalise a gift, how do I go about it?
The majority of our products have the option to be personalised, you can either type in a description of what you'd like into the customers notes when you go through checkout, alternatively you can give us a call on 01544 350565 to discuss it with one of our design team.

What happens if my delivery arrives broken?
We will replace all broken deliveries as soon as they are brought to our attention. Although we have no control over the delivery drivers, if your order arrives in an unfit state you should take down the delivery details:
- name of driver
- name of company
- approx time
These details are not a necessity but will help us try and prevent it for future deliveries. You can then contact us with these details and we will give you the offer of a replacement free of charge.

Can I return my items?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases but if you'd like to return something our return policy states that any products can be returned with proof of purchase within ten days of receipt.

Where are you based, and can I visit?
We love to have visitors, it gives us a chance to show you how all these wonderful products are made. We are based in New Radnor, Powys.
